At Inner Healing Masterpiece Life Coaching, every session is prepared with intention, energy, and care. Because of the time and spiritual investment that goes into each offering, we do not provide automatic refunds.

However, we understand that life happens. In rare and exceptional circumstances, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion — and only in the form of an exchange for future coaching services. No cash refunds will be given.

Key Points:

• All sessions must be paid in full before service begins.

• Missed sessions without at least 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

• If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, you must contact us within 48 hours of the missed or affected session.

• If a refund is approved, it will be issued only as a service credit toward rescheduling or using another service of equal value within a set timeframe.

We reserve the right to deny a refund request that falls outside these terms or is not aligned with our service policies.
